Rapid Prototyping Centre e-Prototypy® possesses system VC UGH-600 EASY, with which we can work with silicone moulds with size of 740 x 600 x 750.
The silicone moulds allow to make prototypes, prototypal batches and even short production batches (from several to several dozen pieces) on the basis of polyurethane resins with extensive spectrum of physical-mechanical properties. The extensive array of polyurethanes allows us to select suitable material with physical properties close to thermoplastics which are to be applied ultimately.
Out of the array of prototype materials, we can use resins with the following properties:
- ABS / PA / PP
- ABS / PS
- PP resistant to high temperatures
- POM / PA
- Elastomers with hardness from 55A to 75A
- highly-transparent PMMA / PC
