SLS – selective laser sintering of PA powders (polyamide).

We make 3D printing using a selective laser sintering technology (SLS) provided by the EOS company. The EOSINT P390 system has 340x340x620 mm working chamber. This technology allows to make extremely precise and accurate, as well as fully functional prototypes 3D models, based on CAD 3D files, within as little as several hours. Dimensional precision of complete prototypes remains within 0,1 mm. The complete prototypes are characterized by very high mechanical and thermal strength (they can resist temperature up to 130°C). The SLS technology is a perfect solution in the case of small production batches. This system cooperates with materials based on polyamides and polystyrenes. This allows to make not only prototypes, but also finished products, directly from CAD 3D.
