PolyJet – creating 3D models of acrylic resins, both stiff and flexible.

We make prototypes, 3D models in the PolyJet technology using one of the numerous methods of (Rapid Prototyping, 3D printing), using devices made by OBJET. The size of the working chamber in this system is 340x340x200 mm. PolyJet Matrix – is the first technology which enables simultaneous application of two types of resin during one printing process.

Thanks to simultaneous dosage and mixing of two components, it is possible to build physical models with various mechanical-physical properties during one printing process. Depending on the selected mode, it is possible to create models with layer thickness of 16 or 32 microns. This allows to obtain prototypes which are precise and adopted to the constructors’ needs in a short time. It allows to select resin the properties of which are possibly closest to the target material.
