The main profile of our activity are „Rapid Prototyping” services – production of physical models using various methods, including those using 3D printingtechnology. The methods of making prototypes which we apply include: SLS, FDM, POLYJET, DMLS. It is worth to mention that in such technologies as FDM or SLS we have the largest working chambers in this part of Europe. This allows us to make large-sized prototypes.

A prerequisite for taking full advantage of the RP capabilities is their integration with the entire product development process. And thus, these methods can be effectively used in the early stages of development process, e.g. at the preliminary product development stage in order to make a three-dimensional model or first geometric prototype early enough. Similarly at subsequent stages, such as: functional model stage, prototype stage, trial batch stage – the required functional models and technical prototypes are made.
A distinctive feature of this technology, as well as of all the RP, technologies is the fact that the product is made by adding layer after layer of material (so-called additive method). A product is built in several stages:
