The main profile of our activity are „Rapid Prototyping” – services – production of physical models using various methods, including 3D printing technology.
The methods of making prototypes which we apply include:
SLS, FDM, Polyjet, DMLS, Vacumm Casting, CNC, 3D scanning
It is worth to mention that in such technologies as FDM or SLS we have the largest working chambers in this part of Europe. This allows us to make large-sized prototypes.
For FDM – 406x356x406[mm] and for SLS – 340x340x620[mm] respectively.
We have also patented a technology of smoothing surface of SLS printouts using the FUSION 3000 method.
We always try to provide competitive price offers, as well as possibly shortest lead times.
We have state-of-the-art technical base, experienced and trained engineering staff servicing the 3D printing and spatial 3D designing systems.
The offer of e-Prototypy® is aimed both at companies which use the rapid prototyping technologies in their daily work, as well as at companies which have yet to know these technologies.
Our services are intended for, among others:
- construction-design offices of numerous trades
- R&D centres
- industrial design centres
- architectural and urban development offices
TYPICAL EXAMPLES OF APPLYING RP TECHNOLOGIES::
- design and ergonomic studies
- research and assessment of structural solutions on the basis of physical models and research methods from the scope of elastooptics, thermovision, flow modelling, etc.
- analysis and assessment of production processes, particularly assembly,
- research and modelling plastic moulding flows,
- marketing research and assessment of new products
- multi-purpose models used in foundry and plastic forming
- modelling and production of bone and soft implants in medicine
The RP technologies are particularly useful in those branches of industry, in which it is necessary to make physical models.
Construction of prototypes in order to:
- verify structural solutions
- analyse and assess structural solutions
- examine flows
- conduct research in wind tunnels
- select structural materials
Construction of physical models in order to:
- seek conception of design solutions
- design buildings and industrial design
- marketing and employer (customer) presentations
- solve problems using the Case study technique
Production of parts and products in order to:
- make tools and instrumentation
- make auxiliary means of production
- marketing reconnaissance in the form of sample batch
Design and make tools in order to:
- plan production processes, particularly assembly
- design and make prototypical tools, particularly for sheet metal processing
Design and make model standards in for:
- founding technologies, including sand casting and lost-wax process
- vacuum forming
- hydro- and thermoforming
- forming by spraying the standard with a metal layer
- application of epoxide technologies and materials
e-Prototypy® has an implemented and certified Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in the scope of: “Designing Products of Plastic and Metal, Production and Sales of Plastic and Metal Products”.
e-Prototypy® as the Poland’s first comprehensive centre to make functional prototypes, enables to make prototypes in any of the aforementioned technologies. Depending on the target product, we can use optimal technology, which gives the best reproduction of finished product, with possibly lowest production cost.
Additionally, e-Prototypy® carries out processes of refining the prototype, if necessary, particularly in the scope of surface treatment, e.g.: sandblasting, lacquering, application of electrolytic coating, etc.
e-Prototypy® provides comprehensive execution and processing of prototypes, according to the customer’s needs.
